1. How do I join?
Check out what each tier offers here. If you'd like to contribute more monetarily, you can choose a higher amount for your tier when paying!

2. What if I only want to sign up for only one [specific] month?
You can join a tier, then immediately cancel it. You will have access to the secret shop, exclusive discount codes, and receive your physical rewards (if applicable) for the month you paid. This is also why I won't be giving any refunds for membership payments.


(If you don't cancel your membership by the 30-day mark, you will be automatically charged for the next month on the same day by ko-fi.)

(Make sure to check your payments are going through, otherwise your membership may automatically be terminated by ko-fi after several attempts!)

    4. Is shipping included in the membership price? Do I get a tracking number?
    For the physical reward tiers ($6 and $12), stamped shipping is included. I use stamped shipping to keep it affordable so unfortunately there is no tracking. But you can order as many stickers as you'd like, no extra fee!

    5. Can I join if I live outside the USA?
    Of course! Intl members aren't charged extra for the same tier either.

    6. Where can I vote for the monthly theme?
    Polls will be available the second week (7th-14th) of every month on my ko-fi page. Later on in the year, I plan to accept requests for the monthly theme :3

    7. Is it possible to still get rewards from past months?
    Past month rewards such as digital wallpapers, will always be available for download later! If there are any extra physical rewards (stickers, sticker sheets, etc.) available, they will be on my secret ko-fi shop that only paid members will have access to.

    *Physical items can only be restocked in the same month they are introduced, if they sell out anytime after that, they are gone forever!

    8. When do the rewards ship out?
    Rewards and secret shop orders ship out the first day of the next month. Domestic stamped mail (USA) takes about 3-4 days, and Intl. stamped mail (outside the USA) takes about 5-10 days.

    9. Can I tag you in pictures?
    Yes! I encourage all goodie club members to tag me on twitter (@wooyoungandwild) and use the hashtag #gatogoodiesclub. I love to see how you use them! <3

    General

    Will there be more cateez dolls? Are you restocking?

    Nope, BUT I do have a new set of dolls available for preorder!

    What is my order number and where can I find it?

    Order numbers look like this #1001 and can be found in the order confirmation email sent by Shopify. 

    What does B-Grade and C-Grade mean?

    B-Grade items have small flaws, in C-Grade items it is more noticeable (they are more heavily discounted for this reason.)

    What if I have a problem with my order/want to cancel?

    Please email me at wooyoungandwildshop@gmail.com with your order number.

    Why did my order get cancelled/refunded?

    • You ordered from the UK/EU (see "Shipping" belowOR
    • Preorder item production was cancelled due to low sales (Check refund note/email for cancellation reason)

    Shipping

    Do you ship internationally (outside the USA)?

    I can ship to anywhere UPS/USPS delivers to but shipping is really expensive. I advise you to order together with some friends or check out my shop twitter for open group orders. 

    (*Due to complicated VAT Laws, I don't ship individual orders to the UK & EU countries anymore, sorry. The only exception is: stamped mail (stickers/art prints/pcs are okay!) or through an open GO.)

    How do I pick up my order in Chicago?

    You can pickup at most events I table at in the chicago area!

    In your email include: your order name/number, and which event day you plan to pick up.

    If you are unable to attend any of my events to pickup, you will have to pay a shipping fee to receive your items.

    Can I combine two separate orders?

    Yes, if they are both going to the same address! E-mail me both order numbers and I will put in a note to ship them together for you

    My order arrived damaged. Can I get a refund?

    Yes, please send picture proofs to my shop email along with your order number/name placed on your order. (wooyoungandwildshop@gmail.com)

    I cannot refund the cost of shipping for orders that have already been sent out.

    (*As of July 2023, I can only offer 90% refunds because both paypal and stripe now keep the processing fees even in the case of a refund, thank you for your understanding!)

    My order got returned to you. What can I do?

    I can re-send it if you pay the shipping fee again, otherwise I can refund the cost of your order minus the shipping. I will not be mailing out the same order more thantwice.

    Do you include receipts (for gifts)? Can you send the order to another address?

    Printed receipts are only included for orders shipped outside the USA (intl customs). If you wish to send an order as a gift to someone, enter their address in the shipping information instead.

    Keep the email as your own in case communication is needed.

    Can you exclude thank you notes with my name on them? Can I change the name on my order?

    I avoid using names in general. If you'd like to have a certain name (example: legal name) on your package for safety reasons, just leave me a note/email me!

    *I always respond to notes with certain requests to acknowledge I have seen them ^^

    Pre-Orders

    What are preorders, how is it different from normal orders? 

    Preordering is basically buying an item before it's made. They can take several months to reach you so please only order if you can wait! Preorders help fund items that are expensive to manufacture and help me see how much demand there is.

    • Preorder benefits include: exclusive discounts, gifts/freebies, getting the best quality in the batch + more!
    • If a pre-order item doesn't sell well, production can be cancelled & everyone will be fully refunded.

    How do I keep track of the status of my preorder? 

    (In order of most to least updates⬇️ )

    • Follow my shop account / subscribe to my newsletter! I'll be posting sample pics, progress pictures, and shipping updates.
    • Check the blog posts anytime on my shop! Important updates will be posted on there also.
    • I will be emailing customers twice: when the preorder items arrive to me and then with a tracking email from Shopify!

    Can I get my other items before my preorder item?

    If you want to receive the in-stock items sooner, then please place two separate orders instead!

    *Note: If you order both a "pre-order" and "in stock" item together, your order ship once the preorder items arrive to me (usually after a couple months)
